- 2 whole red onions
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 400 gram mushrooms
- 2 pieces chicken breast
- 2 tsp vegetable stock

- 250 ml heavy cream
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- salt
- pepper

- Begin by cutting the chicken breast into small, uniform cubes.
- Slice the onions thinly or dice them, as you prefer. Slice the mushrooms as well.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions for 4-5 minutes over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and sauté until it turns white. Add cinnamon and turmeric for flavor.
- Include the mushrooms and sauté briefly.
- Dissolve vegetable broth in hot water.
- Add tomato paste to the chicken-mushroom mixture and sauté for 2 minutes. Mix well.
